Total Rework —Sept. 20, 2019
Well I went back to the drawing board the other day for the 40th time since I started work on this deck... and ended up with the best version of the deck so far!
The core of the previous Orzhov deck is still there, but with the addition of Blue it now has a lot more synergy, resilience, and spikiness. Plus, it is so much fun to play!
Let me know what you think about the rework!
I went more burn oriented with my version (Listerine) but I doubt it's any more consistent than your list. Fun gimmick deck to play, though.

kamarupa: I like your deck! And honestly I think a mix of both of ours is exactly what I am looking for. I especially like the Rest for the Weary, and I think the Mortal's Ardor is something I can work with in the meta I would be playing it in.

The biggest thing I think the deck needs is more attackers. It stalls really, really well, but I'd like to be on the offensive more.
Either that or a way to have Wall of Shards out for defense, but not always healing the opponent until I am ready. Vampire Hexmage is the only thing I can think of, but it is kind of wonky.
