Mono is my favourite color in Commander, and I think this Hazoret the Fervent deck stands in testimony to that. While she can be played in an aggressive Hellbent style, I favour the control options the color and commander give you. Hazoret is built to win the war of attrition, as an indestructible source of repeatable direct damage. It's slow but steady, which in a lot of ways is the antithesis of what people expect from red. For immediate impact the deck runs a polymorph package, to get a swift kill from Blightsteel Colossus or impact from a titan. Hazoret survives a Shifting Shadow , and the vehicles she can crew leave Divergent Transformations targets.
