Hey guys, I was looking through my binder and saw Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain. I love to play decks with a lot of value, so I got to thinking and decided to make a budget combo deck. This deck is fast and has a bunch of win cons, so if you enjoy drawing cards as much as I do, sail right through this deck to victory!

Combos

• Library of Leng + any card that makes you wheel like Shattered Perception/Fateful Showdown + Hurkyl's Recall/Rebuild/Paradoxical Outcome to choose all your cheerios and stack all them on your deck to draw through again and get new cards. (Ex: You have some 1 or 2 drops you don't need anymore, just discard those, put the cheerios back on top, draw them back up with the wheel effect, get new cards along with that, and also start getting more draws, increasing your chance on hitting more freebies)
• Discarding cards? No problem. Underworld Breach will help with that. It's not an infinite or anything, but it will help you recur some cheerios for some draws. -Artificer's Assisstant scry before you draw to hit more free stuff.

Win-Cons

• Play a bunch of cheerios/low costing artifacts and spells to draw through your deck and stack up your Storm count to play Brain Freeze/Grapeshot.
• Laboratory Maniac/Thassa's Oracle (Thinking about taking out Oracle since there aren't that many blue permanents in here. Good for when you've drawn out most of your deck though.) are easy win cons.
• Psychic Corrosion plus the amount of draws you're getting will most definitely mill out your opponents.
• Aetherflux Reservoir is easy to pull off with the amount of life you'll gain from casting free spells.

Pros

• If you like jank combos.
• If you love that value.
• If you love budget decks.
• If you like to play stuff for free.
• If you like long turns.

Cons

• Not a lot of control in here. I wanted to make this as fast as possible on a budget.
• You'll most likely lose against other fast decks or aggro decks.
• Not a lot of creatures.

Thank you so much guys for taking a look at this deck. I wanted to squeeze in some infinites like the classic Isochron Scepter/Dramatic Reversal combo + something like Walking Ballista/Triskelion, but idk if the deck would be as fast. I'm still playtesting it and would really appreciate any feedback and suggestions!
