Wait, what you say...a vehicle deck that's NOT Mardu?? Yes, you read this right! a vehicle deck I WANT to play!

The goal of the deck: just like any vehicle deck...chew on the opponent with HoK.The super-secret deck tech (well, not NOW!): T3 Ghalta, and go through the opponent.

My edits:

sub Pride Sovereign for Rishkar. Makes T3 Ghalta very real.add Huatli, Radiant Champion. With so many good creatures to defend, she can power HoK by herself, give card draw, and pump my value creatures.

I might consider swapping out Scrapheap?

At my LGS. I've discovered the Abzan angle does not have as much reach as Mardu's.
With Vehicles, and only 20 creatures, the danger is that not drawing into creatures leads to dead vehicles. That happened too much tonight. Plus, not having access to Chandra, Torch of Defiance for her versatility is impactful.

Cut out the black removal; there's just enough splash to recur Scrapheap
More creature focused
Go all in on the T3 Ghalta plan
GW Huatli should have some good defenders protecting her; her job is simply to give me card draw emblems, and pump up my creatures to insane levels
Rishkar is back.
