Card draw suggestions: Herald's Horn - reduces the cost of your vampires and draws you additional ones. Phyrexian Arena - card draw at the cost of life. the life payment is almost always worth the card draw. Twilight Prophet - vampire that draws you a card per turn if you get to 10 permanents. it's easy to get in edh. Decree of Pain - board wipe that costs alot but draws a boatload. Necropotence - the big daddy of black card draw. this card wins games. Underworld Connections - it's slightly worse than phyrexian arena because it puts a land down for commission.

ramp suggestions: Burnished Hart - black and red can get land ramp through these 3 cards. land ramp is one of the best ways to ensure that you can continue to cast the rest of your deck as you draw cards. Wayfarer's Bauble - " Solemn Simulacrum - " Victory Chimes - a mana rock that allows you to pay the colorless mana for olivia over the the turn rotation Mana Geyser - an explosive surge of mana that allows you to blow it all on olivia activations.

tribal synergies: Kindred Dominance - you have 100% vampires. this is a one sided boardwipe like in garruk's wake but 2 mana cheaper due to your deck. Butcher of Malakir - vampire that will help wipe the board if people destroy your board. you can also kill one of your creatures to make everyone else sacrifice. Shared Animosity - tribal aggro card. getting 5 vampires to attack together will give them all +4/+0 which can swarm an opponent out of a game.

commander artifacts: Lightning Greaves - giving your commander hexproof can allow her to grown to some stupid size and bonk people for lethal. Swiftfoot Boots - see above comments. Illusionist's Bracers - double olivia triggers could make her grow quicker or you could start stealing 2 creatures for the price of 1. Gorgon Flail - giving oliva deathtouch would allow you to start machine gunning creatures for the price of 2 mana, you can't mind control them but you can sure slaughter alot. Gorgon's Head - " Basilisk Collar - the same as above but you also gain a bit of life from the activated abilities and or when you go for the alpha bonk. Heartstone - reduces the cost of olivia's mind control to 5 mana or olvia can ping/grow for a single red mana. Whispersilk Cloak - protection for your commander and unblockable could just kill some people with commander damage.

miscellaneous cards: Living Death - both a board wipe and a reanimation spell. Warstorm Surge - a way to get some etb damage in for your creatures. if they can't swing they can still ping. Ghost Quarter - a way to remove problematic lands. like glacial chasm which is an automatic loss. field of ruins - gets rid of cabal coffers, gaea's cradle all while not replacing both lands so that you arn't interfering with peoples mana base. Command Beacon - if olivia gets removed a bunch of times you can bypass commander tax for a turn. Luxury Suite - a perfect rakdos land in multiplayer formats. Rogue's Passage - unblockable big olivia can kill some people.

card's that I don't own but would be good for your deck: Patriarch's Bidding - one sided complete graveyard reanimation for 5 mana. Vanquisher's Banner - card draw when you play vampires and all the vampires get +1+1.
