Overall, make them discard, kill their creatures, and get Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God out, win.

Realized it's 69 cards as of 8/12/21. Not sure what to really drop here in order for it to be 60.

I would like feedback on how I should change this up in order to get it to 60 and if there's any better cards I missed.

I would enjoy this deck not to be anymore than $150, so please try to keep suggestions around there!
