A simple deck focused on just casting spells whose success is dependant on the group's descision.

Overall strategy is basically do nothing...bring stuff out...and let other people do what they want.

Overall, you should have a hand of at least half lands. From when I play tested, this has ensured easy and multiple wins. Besides that, because of the Cascade abilities, you're able to bring out quite a bit to pack quite a punch if you're unable to be neutral.
