Suggestions? Going for mass and spot creature removal via -1 -1s that with commander out will result in free and sometimes numerous draws. More efficient -1-1 applications? Effective black red win cons? Also it is way above the budget i wanted to stay under. Any good budget alternatives for anything I already have would be amazing.
