Pretty simple really. Use as much ramp as you can to play out Griselbrand, being sure to play around counter magic. Pick appart a blue player's hand with discard effects if needs be.

Then go in for Griselbrand and draw a numch of cards so you can remove all of your opponent's bothersome creatures and swing in 3 times for victory! (oftentimes they'll actually just scoop before that happens)
