a quick note I have the lands Flooded Grove, Cascade Bluffs, Frontier Bivouac, and Rugged Highlands and I am using them instead of 4x Frontier Bivouac. However Frontier Bivouac makes this deck much more cost effective

So this Deck is a little complicated and can be played a few ways but I will give this a shot...

The over all Plot

This Deck Is meant to build generate counters and make a bunch of big stick creatures. However you're not really meant to attack with them they do direct dmg and make your opponent not want to attack you because its futile.

The Creatures

Spikeshot Goblin it only takes 2 counters for this guy to be an every turn Lightning Bolt more than that.. Profit!

Goblin Razerunners This Guy is pretty big when he comes into battle but his true power comes from the +1/+1 counter affect. With just 3 counters it's a free Lightning Bolt every turn, after that... Profit!

Slumbering Dragon The unsung hero whom does not get alot of credit. I love this guy, He doesn't come out super strong but forces your opponent to choose if attacking with their piddly 1/1 or 2/2 is worth it. Usually it's not so he tends to sit there giving you time to build counters on your own.

Fertilid Great for the mana and thining your deck.

Forgotten Ancient Oh man this guy gets annoying fast! paired with Hardened Scales the counters grow so fast!

Outside of special combos the spells for counter generation are, I feel, self explanatory.

The Damage

Remember i said I don't attack with the big creatures? Other than the damage I explained before from passives and active abilities we have:

Fling It seems like losing the creature and counters is a large cost but when you have the counter generation and multiple creatures it's not that big of a deal.

The Combinations

To Start Hardened Scales is a combo with everything and it stacks with itself!!!!

Hardened Scales + Slumbering Dragon They only have to attack with 3 creatures assuming you only have 1 Hardened Scales out that doesn't include any generation. Do the math with more.

Hardened Scales + Simic Guildmage So the 1G of this card mixed with Hardened Scales allows you to take one counter off one creature and place 2, 3, 4, or 5! on another creature for just 2 land... Profit!!

Hardened Scales + Ring of Valkas It seems slow but when you have multiples of each out that's a lot of counters every turn.

finally Increasing Savagery playing this isn't that expensive but getting it on any of the 3 main creatures is basically death to the enemy even without Hardened Scales. If you get it and play it from the graveyard thats 15 counters and pretty much death.

Great now we have a lot of counters and our creatures are big. What I find works best for this is:

Increasing Savagery + Slumbering Dragon opens him to attack so you can swing with an 8/8 flyer then Fling for 16 damage in 1 turn.

Of course add the 6 total counters to Spikeshot Goblin then Fling for 14 dmg

finally add 5 counters to Goblin Razerunners and Fling for 13 dmg.

Suggestions

Updates Add

Thank you Abubroki for the suggestions. I do really like those red cards and I can see why you would suggest them. especially without a description of deck play. But I feel like the one I would consider for the deck with the deck play is Bioshift, I just don't know what I would take away from it would only proc Hardened Scales once (I think)
