A Ramos, Dragon Engine deck built around mutate. No idea how this is going to go, wanted to use all the 3 colour mutate cards in a deck and Ramos, Dragon Engine seemed like the best option. Removed terminate, abzan charm, brokers charm, esper charm, maestros charm, riveters charm, inspired ultimatum, eerie ultimatum, spark double, mayaels aria, lithoform engine and monologue tax for kolaghan's command, prismari command, conflux, anguished unmaking, void rend, boros charm, double major, swords to plowshares, needle spectre, shadows in the warp, lifecrafter's beastiary and smothering tithe. Removed one of each basic land for the 5 battlebond lands, plains for sea of clouds, swamp for luxury suite, island for morphic pool, mountain for spire garden. Remove lifecrafter's bestiary for ozolith the shattered spire, kolaghans command for cyclonic rift, double major for eladamri's call.
