I had a Krenko, Mob Boss deck that was sitting idle and when I saw this new commander from Jumpstart I felt like it breathed new life into a fairly tired strategy of copying tokens. At the same time, I discovered the kickstarter for the Goblin King playmat by the Foglio artists (pictured above) and well, I had to build this deck and use the playmat. The goblin war drums were calling to me and I could not resist!
In this build, every turn adds aggressive goblin pressure and then Muxus, Goblin Grandee explodes more goblins on the battlefield often resulting in overwhelming combat damage or a combination win.

Lightning Crafter + Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Skirk Prospector/Goblin Chirurgeon.
Step 1: Find / Cast Goblin Recruiter.
Step 2: Stack goblins on the top of your library in this order:

Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker
Lightning Crafter

Step 3: Cast Muxus, Goblin Grandee
When Muxus Enters, it puts Crafter, Kiki and Skirk into play.
Step 4: Champion Muxus with Crafter.
Step 5: Copy Crafter with Kiki, creating a haste copy.
Step 6: Tap to ping an opponent for 3.
Step 7: Sacrifice the token copy, returning Kiki to play.
Step 8: Repeat steps 5-7 until everyone is dead.
Step 1: Find / Cast Goblin Recruiter.
Step 2: Stack goblins on the top of your library in this order:

Skirk Prospector

Step 3: Cast Muxus, Goblin Grandee
When Muxus Enters, you reveal the top 6 cards of your library and put them all onto the battlefield. The seventh card will be Kiki-Jiki.
Step 4: Sacrifice Torch Courier to give Snoop Haste.
Step 5: Activate Kiki's ability with Snoop to generate infinite Snoops.
Step 6: Sacrifice 5 Snoops to Skirk Prospector to generate 5 mana and cast Kiki from top of library through Snoop.
Step 7: Activate Mogg Fanatic's ability through Snoop to kill the table.
Step 1: Find / Cast Goblin Recruiter.
Step 2: Stack goblins on the top of your library in this order:
Conspicuous Snoop
Torch Courier
Skirk Prospector
Pashalik Mons

Step 3: Cast Muxus, Goblin Grandee

Step 3: Cast Muxus, Goblin Grandee.
Step 4: Sacrifice Torch Courier to Skirk Prospector.
Step 5: Conspicuous Snoop copies Kiki's ability from the top of the library. Copy Kiki's ability to make a copy of itself, repeating until you have infinite copies of Snoop.
Step 6: Sacrifice 5 copies to generate 5 mana and play Kiki from top of the library.
Step 7: Ping your opponents to death or generate infinite mana from Skirk Prospector, sacrificing and recasting Muxus, Goblin Grandee on repeat until all goblins are in play, have haste, and can swing in for the win.
Step 1: Play Impact Tremors or Goblin Bombardment.
Step 2: Find / cast Goblin Recruiter and create a pile with Conspicuous Snoop, any other 6 goblins, and Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker 7th from the top.
Step 3: Play Muxus and make infinite copies of Conspicuous Snoop as it mimics Kiki. Impact Tremors or Goblin Bombardment pings the table to death.
You can swap these artifacts or enchantments in for damage spells like Goblin War Strike or goblins that aren't essential to other combos. I have excluded them based on having enough combo density already and not wanting to dilute the goblin creature count in case Muxus and combat damage lines are the only way to win.
