This is a Simic +1/+1 counters matters EDH deck with the new Zegana at the helm.

I was pretty underwhelmed by Zegana, Utopian Speaker at first, but I actually find her to be quite interesting under closer inspection. Being able to draw a card out of the command zone is nice. She gives all creatures with a +1/+1 counter on them trample, which in this deck is most, if not all, creatures. Lastly, she has the ability to make herself an 8/8 with trample. Now, I know on paper it looks like 10 mana for an 8/8 trampler, which would suck, but, that mana can be spread out between turns similar to casting and flipping a morph creature. Another similarity Zegana has to a morph creature, is you can activate her ability and put those counters on her at any time, thus being able to pull off a fun combat trick. Your opponent thinks they're gonna block little 4/4 Zegana with their Gishath, Sun's Avatar, or some other large creature? Well now that blockers have been declared, you can adapt Zegana to be an 8/8 trample. Gishath is dead, they have 2 commander damage, and you have a real threat on board.

Outside of just smacking people in the head with Zegana, there are plenty of creatures that can grow big and +1/+1 counter synergies in the deck. Shouldn't be too hard to get a big, slimy, mutating, oozy army going in no time!
