Looks like it just wants to use the commander and subtype changing cards to encourage opponents to hit each other. But that's just buying time to find one of several two(-ish) card combos:

• Goblin Charbelcher + Mana Severance (bonus with Seedborn Muse)
• Spy Kit equipped to a creature + Mask Of the Mimic + another creature to sac, puts all non-legendary creatures from your library into play, which can include Seedborn Muse, Lab Man, creatures that draw cards when they enter play, and Tidespout Tyrant)
• Lab Man + Thought Lash (Note How Vannifar or Neoform + 2cc creature finds Lab Man and puts it into play)
• Jace's Archivist (reusable Windfall) + Narset, Parter of the Veil
• Thought Lash plus one of Vizier of the Menagerie, Garruk's Horde, or Skill Borrower can exile cards from your library until Lab Man is on top
• Freed From the real and Krosan Restorer (un-summoning sick with threshhold) is infinite mana which can be used with Finale Of Revelation to draw the library and set up set up lab man or Charbelcher/Severance/Seedborn Muse win) a secondary use of the mana is Night Soil and chaining spells with creatures that let you play cards off the top of the library.

Vedalken AEthermage can both bounce an opponent's creature at instant speed (assuming you have a way to make it into a sliver) or can get one of several useful wizards from the library; Lab Man, Sower Of Temptation, Spellseeker, Jace's Archivist, Profaner of the Dead, Amoeboid Changeling.

Skill Borrower can use the activated abilities of Archivist, Charbelcher, Vannifar, and Amoeboid Changeling if any of those are on top of your library (see above about exiling cards with Though Lash to get desired cards on top when you always know what the the top card is.
