As a tribute after the passing of Golos, Tireless Pilgrim i decided to make this list public. This list had been brewing behind the curtains for me for a while, and now i am certain it will never see the light of being built in paper.

5-color lands goodness, this deck generates tons and tons of value and, being inspired by the omonimous Legacy archetype, aims to win with land-based win conditions that are consistent thanks to the land searching power of Golos and hard to interact with.

The main wincons are:

1. Field of the Dead shenanigans and a million landfall triggers with the help of Ancient Greenwarden or Vesuva.

2. The classic 60-card staple Dark Depths and Thespian's Stage combo

3. Prismatic Omen or Dryad of the Ilysian Grove working with Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle to bolt for every land.

Maybe i'll build this deck with another 5 color commander, maybe not. One thing's for sure, banning commanders, especially extra popular ones, is in my opinion a really dim-witted move. If Golos is too strong for a meta, you can just Rule 0 it out of the playgroup, talking to each other and incentivizing the player to build around another less polarizing 5c commander for more fun games, but if your meta is more high-powered you should 100% be able to use Golos as a commander.

Outright forbidding the use of a uber-strong but fun legendary creature in the format of Rule 0 talks and wildly different power levels just doesn't make sense to me.
