The original deck seemed to try and do a lot of things all at once. I've had some good success removing some of the themes from the deck and streamlining the remaining processes. I removed the Golgari graveyard creatures Molderhulk and Rhizome Lurcher because the CMC of the other creatures is so high that you can't cast a lot of creatures AND have them die to get use of their abilities. There is also no self mill to help that interaction along.
With the extra 4 card slots I added in 4 Llanowar Elves for that sweet 1 drop mana ramp. Due to the use of Golgari Rot Farm you could use Arboreal Grazer here instead, which would also trigger Evolution Sage's abilities. If going down this route you will need to get the extra 2 Evolution Sage's to make the interaction more likely.
Lastly I switched Ironshell Beetle out for 3x Pelt Collector. Ironshell Beetle is just a worse Pollenbright Druid and Pelt Collector is a 1 drop that gets trample (and you can just pump it to make it get trample the same turn it comes out). This also brings the deck total down to 60.
The deck overall might benefit from trample affects like Rancor just to make sure that those roided up +1/+1 creatures will always get some damage straight to the dome even if they are blocked by 1/1 chump blockers.
