With the edition of Thassa's Oracle there is now a budget friendly consistent wincon in Flash and Protean Hulk.
I did not include a solid wincon before with this breakfast hulk pile because it died too easily to interaction and you needed a draw spell to win with Nomads en-Kor + Cephalid Illusionist + Laboratory Maniac pile. In addition, to not needing a draw spell you also are less prone to creature removal interaction as killing Thassa's Oracle will not matter as your devotion = the number of cards in your deck.
We removed:
Smothering Tithe for budget purposes and to make space for Cephalid Illusionist
Mnemonic Wall for Flash
Wall of Lost Thoughts for Protean Hulk
