Why this list

Drana, Liberator of Malakir is possibly my favourite card ever printed, and I really wanted to make her work. In addition, this is an upgraded version of my first ever standard deck, which was a ton of fun to play.

Drana synergizes really well with Mardu Ascendency, making the goblins that spew out into 2/2s the turn the come down, or bigger if the game goes on. Additionally, both cards want to be in an aggressive list, which brings me to this current version!

I think of this deck as a mono-black aggro list, splashing white and red for Mardu Ascendency, and good sideboard tech. :)

To Do list:

• Iterate on my sideboard -> the current sideboard is just kind of a pile of decent cards, and needs to be tuned to adjust for the current meta, and what decks I'm weak against
• Solve the 2-drop issue -> I'm currently unconvinced by Olivia's Bloodsworn , but I haven't seen any outstanding 2 drop, as they all have major drawbacks.
• Find space for more removal? -> with only 4 actual removal spells in the main, I'm afraid of getting stonewalled by the green decks.

I'm confident this deck still needs a bunch of work, as I'm new to pioneer. Thank you for any help on this list!
