The infamous Bandit Warlord Godo is on a journey to find the sickest drip in all the land - the Helm of the Host. Help him on this journey so he can rule the world with his newfound swag.

Godo, Bandit Warlord + Helm of the Host is a popular and surprisingly simple combo which has the potential to simply win the game outright. When you cast Godo, use his ETB trigger to search for Helm of the Host and equip it to Godo some way or another. Start combat and make a hasty Godo token copy. Attack with said token. Untap it and move to the extra combat phase. Create another hasty Godo token. Attack with said token. Untap it and move to the extra combat phase. Create another hasty Godo token. Attack with said token. Untap it and move to the extra combat phase...

Before you know it, you've got an ever-growing board of Godo, Bandit Warlords - attack one-by-one to guarantee building up your army since only the token created that turn has the extra combat trigger, but they all still have Haste and can all swing out at once if an enemy has an indestructible blocker that you can't chip away at three damage at a time.

The deck does have some glaring weaknesses, namely the fact that it's monored and the fact that it's a whopping 11-mana combo naturally (6 to cast Godo and 5 to equip the Helm right away), but it's a very neat gimmick and an interesting deck to play both with and against. The deck has some sneaky ways to interact with the boardstate and stack, all the mana ramp that can be reasonably crammed into a 100 card deck, and a tried and true single combo which is a lot more enjoyable to play against than, say, an Urza Stax deck focused specifically on locking the board down for everybody but itself (cough cough "Lose All Your Friends Urza% Speedrun [Urza cEDH]" also on my profile).

This is my first time brewing a Godo Helm deck, based off of a combination of primers I looked at and cards I personally thought might fit the deck well. Any recommendations are very much appreciated, as this is a deck I might try to make physically as a more enjoyable cEDH alternative to Kenrith and Urza.
