Flying Tribal Commander deck based on my physical constructed deck from back in the day. Engine is pretty self-explanatory. Mid-game win-con is just Aggravated-Assault with Windreader Sphinx. Late-game closeout burn with thud/banefire and spell recursion.

Early-game, you can win from ramping into the dragon package.

3 sources of target haste to push big fliers and act of treason to pressure, Archetype of Imagination to remove blockers.

This is a solid tier-7 deck as-is. You can C-EDH this pretty easily, but I prefer casual play, so I will keep it to this general power level.
