THE COMBOS
Kefnet and Extra turn on top of the library Infinite turns combos

1. God-Eternal Kefnet + Scroll Rack
2. God-Eternal Kefnet + Jace, the Mind Sculptor
3. God-Eternal Kefnet + Isochron Scepter imprinted with Brainstorm
   

Infinite mana and draws
Isochron Scepter imprinted with Dramatic Reversal while having rocks that can produce 3 mana and Sensei's Divining Top on the battlefield ,then proceed to one of the above combos

Infinite turns
Isochron Scepter imprinted with Narset's Reversal while casting an extra turn spell from your hand

Time Spiral Loops
Once you assemble dramatic scepter you can follow a different path to victory with Time Spiral followed up with Narset's Reversal, then you create a 2/2 token with Swan Song by countering one of your spells and cast an extra turn spell. Repeat process and make infinite tokens and take infinite turns.

TIPS AND TRICKS
1. When you draw your whole deck Scroll Rack can refill your library so you wont be decked out
2. Bounce Mana Crypt and/or untap Mana Vault at some point during your infinite turn loop
3. You can play sorceries at instant speed at your opponents' turns with kefnet triggers
4. You can play counters with kefnet triggers during your opponents' turns
5. Put kefnet third from top almost always when removed
6. Mystic Sanctuary end of turn from a fetchland can put an extra turn spell on top to start the combo
7. Counterbalance is the shit with Scroll Rack, Sensei's Divining Top and all other cantrip and topdeck manipulation given the decks curve and the fact that cEDH decks also operate on a low curve
8. Name Zombie/God or Wizard with your Cavern of Souls
9.Cast Narset, Parter of Veils while doing a Time Spiral loop
