This is my goblin tribal EDH deck. It used to be Krenko, Mob Boss and although powerful, I found games to be slightly linear. Playing Jund makes the deck options much more flexible. The main game plan is to try to assemble a combo with Grumgully, the Generous , Rhythm of the Wild or Metallic Mimic along with a goblin with persist. The best one to use is Murderous Redcap but as long as you have another way to deal damage Putrid Goblin and Scuzzback Marauders will work. Additionally, when Conspicuous Snoop is in play, use Boggart Harbinger , Goblin Recruiter or Worldly Tutor to put Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker on top of your library to make infinite Snoops.
