Update #4 —June 11, 2017
I'm probably going to end up swapping out Heroic Intervention and put in Sylvan Library to test it out. Generally don't need to much protection early on besides Cavern of Souls for the anti-counter. And swap Nostalgic Dreams for Wildest Dreams just to see if not having to discard helps, if not I'll just swap it back seeing as Wildest Dreams will cost more mana. All depends on the hand.
