Here's my attempt at a deck to gain a shit load of life and hopefully buff up a few guys enough that they can kick some ass.

Get the Soul Sisters out as fast as possible, along with an Ajani's Pridemate. A Pride Guardian helps as well. When you get Odric, Master Tactician begin attacking with impunity. Use Arrest and Oppressive Rays to handicap the opponent's creature's abilities. Authority of the Consuls is nice against creature heavy decks, especially things with Haste. It's not out of the realm of possibility to have 40+ life by turn 4-6. If you need to board, replace Felidar Sovereign and Champion of the Parish with whatever you need.

Learning the Curve — July 19, 2017

So after a bit of playtesting, and a tournament or two; I learned that my mana curve was crap. I added some wimpies into the deck to lower the curve. I've also added the Felidar Sovereign to replace the angels that i had floating around. I've tightened up the sideboard a bit to be more cohesive and hopefully deal with attacking creatures and the occasional artifact or enchantment issue.

Future additions will be more Authority of the Consuls as well as Suture Priest and Oblivion Ring. Overall though, I'm pretty happy with the deck as is. The Pride Guardian was surprisingly useful, as it deterred people attacking when I had Ajani's Pridemate on the board.
