Gigan is a surprisingly powerful commander, capable of milling out the entire table in one turn with some setup and a bit of luck. The goal is to mill into clone effects in order to create copies of Gigan, thus triggering his mill over and over again. Panharmonicon and Mikaeus are the two best cards to get out with Gigan, since they effectively double up his triggers, thus allowing you to mill out the table in one turn. It's not combo but it often feels like it is, once you're getting 4 mill triggers off of each clone milled.
