Gideon of the Trials' emblem ability prevents loss due to Chance for Glory. Ideally there are creatures on the field so they also additionally gain indestructible for the rest of the game. Knight of the White Orchid and Weathered Wayfarer are key components for ramp (also means going second in turns is best when playing this deck). Wall of Omens and Esper Sentinel for card draw.

The win con is through gaining advantage in an extra turn: using the gideon loyalty abilities a second time and attacking with beefy indestructible creatures
