The objective of this deck is to go wide with creatures with a power equal to 1. In UR colors, it's pretty easy to generate these creatures as well as generate extra damage from them. Remember the goal for Mr. Starn to trigger is to 1 damage exactly, he will provide the other 2. Effectively, our 1/X creatures all become lightning bolts with wheels. Other cards will also deal damage on attack, death, or ETB of our 1/X minions.

Starn's 1+2 Ability Synergies : Any of our 1/X creatures dealing combat damage On Attack Trigger. Cavalcade of Calamity, Hellrider, and Raid Bombardment On ETB Trigger. Impact Tremors, Witty Roastmaster On Death Triggers. Hissing Iguanar, Outpost Siege, Spiteful Prankster Hissing Iguanar and Spiteful Prankster do not care about what creatures die or who controls them.

Alt Win-con/Combo Niv-Mizzet, Parun or Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind combo with any of the following for infinite damage: Tandem Lookout, Curiosity, and Ophidian Eye Starn makes their pings into lightning bolt for greater efficiency (need to draw less cards)
