Some say the best defense is a good offense, your Commander Ghired, Conclave Exile agrees. He even helps you by providing a free 4/4 rhino token for your army when he enters the battlefield. Even better, your Commander believes in always providing when attacking by giving you another token through the mechanic of population. He takes a token under your control and makes a copy of it.

But Ghired is smart enough to know that he cannot win on his own, he needs support in different forms. To magnify the creation of tokens for your army, he has acquired an Anointed Procession, Parallel Lives, and recruited Mondrak, Glory Dominus. Your token and non-token army also need support to become more fierce themselves. In this case, Ghired has acquired Unnatural Growth, Eldrazi Monument, Intangible Virtue, recruited Sopandrel, Hunger Dominus, and two potential kill shots, Akroma's Will and Triumph of the Hordes. With even more help, from the likes of the god Iroas, God of Victory, Delina, Wild Mage, and Battle Angels of Tyr, your attacking army has become even more dangerous. Your commander has not forgotten about himself because with Harmonic Prodigy by his side, Ghired ability triggers an additional time. Any shamans under your command will have its' ability trigger an additional time.

Ghired knows attacking carelessly is a recipe for disaster. To protect your army he has recruited help from Avacyn, Angel of Hope, Luminous Broodmoth, Shalai, Voice of Plenty, and obtain the spells, Heroic Intervention and Flawless Maneuver.

Now that you have the means to create and protect your army, there needs to be a strategy. Ghired has develop some powerful strategies that will have your adversaries shaking in their boots. Below are his strategies:

Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Combat Celebrant = Infinite combat phases

Ghired, Conclave Exile + Bear Umbra + Aggravated Assault = Infinite combat phases

Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Village Bell-Ringer = Infinite tokens that have haste. If the god Purphoros, God of the Forge or the feared Terror of the Peaks is on the field, then you'll ping your opponents to oblivion.
