A monoblack commander deck based on Geth, Lord of the Vault. Many creatures, enchantments, and sorceries cause all players to discard cards. Discarding effects will cause the graveyards of the board to fill up. Once this happens, excess mana and mana ramp from artifacts like Dreamstone Hedron will allow Geth to bring enemy creatures and artifacts under his control. Once the discard has reduced everyone's hand to next to nothing, the torture devices, Paupers' Cage, Skullcage, and Rackling will dish out pain evenly and indiscriminately. Not to mention Hollowborn Barhest, Quest for the Nihil Stone, and Shrieking Affliction. In addition to these cards that punish players for having low cards in their hand, enchantments like Megrim and Raiders' Wake make the act of discarding a painful task as well. Unfortunately for the opponents, drawing will be almost as painful as discarding, with Fate Unraveler and Underworld Dreams.
