What is it when you just play massive and ridiculous creatures? Slow, inconsistent and silly. Check, check, check.

December 2021 Update - Ventured into my LGS for the first time since the zombie apocalypse began and won.

The deck moved slowly. (At least compared to the table.) Not so slowly that I got wiped out but I did sit midgame with not much on the table facing massive boards. My commander was enough of a blocker to thwart most attacks. (Partly because someone was always getting wiped. Attack me, and time walk, by making me replay my commander or get in 5 damage somewhere? Bigger threats existed.)

Through turn 5/6 it was all lands and ramp. (13 mana on turn 6 is amazing. Not great when you have all lands in hand and nothing to do.)

The deck could use more draw. (Couldn't they all?)

Sun Titan was THE all star. I played Kenrith's Transformation turn 5/6 which was removed almost instantly. Sun Titan brought it back, drawing me a card to reuse again and again. (I cast it once and replayed it 3 or 4 times?) Turning your commander into an Elk blocks Sun Titan but having to recasting it gives me the opportunity to bring out a threat. (In this case Dragonlord Atarka who also did a great job wiping out tokens. and clearing the ground.)

I didn't expect to be able to keep up with 2021 power commanders but I kept up enough to have fun and actually win.
