Gerrard's Assault is a fairly straight-forward aggro deck focused around the human tribe. Gerrard, Weatherlight Hero essentially functions as an insurance policy against board wipes. On one hand, it's a deterrent against board wipes being played because your humans will immediately come back to the field, leaving your opponents defenseless. On the other hand, Gerrard is your ace in the hole should one of your opponents decide to actually hit the reset button. Accordingly, there are numerous board wipes included in this deck since their affect on the deck itself are heavily mitigated. Don't be afraid to wipe the board yourself -- your humans will immediately rise from the grave!
