This Boros deck is a dedicated Equipment build that wants to achieve victory through combat. The goal of this deck is very straight-forward. We want to attach the most powerful Equipment in Magic’s history to our Generals and/or other Equipment-friendly creatures and send them into combat. Due to the presence of numerous spells and abilities that allow us to bypass Equip costs, coupled with two partner Commanders with very low mana values, this build can develop threatening board states very quickly, particularly by pressuring our opponents with potentially lethal Commander damage during early portions of the game. With a surprisingly high number of Boros-colored tutor and card-drawing spells and effects inundating the 99 of this build, replenishing our resources and advancing our board state will leave our opponents overwhelmed and eventually defeated.
