This is a combo deck build around the cards Goblin Charbelcher, or Undercity Informer, Balustrade Spy, or Destroy the Evidence in combination with one of eather Thassa's Oracle, Laboratory Maniac or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries and of course the fact,

that this deck has NO REAL LAND CARDS in it.

So Garth One-Eye is just here to help out in different situations. I normally don't cast him, if everything goes according to plan. But:

1.

If i need some more mana to combo of I cast Black Lotus.

2.

If a non-black, non-artifact creature, a artifact or an enchantment is threatening my life, I cast Terror or Disenchant.

3.

Of course, if haven't drawn my win-cons until the midgame, I can cast Braingeyser to draw them.

4.

Also i can cast Regrowth if one of my win-cons happens to be in my graveyard.

5.

And i guess, Shivan Dragon is also castable... At least in theroy... I never tried^^
