Gadwick, the Wizened is a X cost commander that lets us draw X cards. If that wasn't enough whenever we cast a blue spell we can then tap one of our opponent's non-land permanents. The second ability is not what this deck cares about. We want to draw cards in order to fill our hands with awesome value. This deck has three alternate win conditions in it. The first is casting "Eternal Dominion" and copying it as many times as possible, thereby you then use your opponents permanents to win. You can use "Doubling Cube" an copy effects to make huge amounts of mana to draw your opponents out with blue sun, or you could peel someone's face back with "Goblin Charbelcher" and "Mana Severence". I made this deck quickly and over time it will be updated.
