This deck was inspired by the abilities of Gild and King Macar, the Gold-Cursed. King Macar, the Gold-Cursed can, when enchanted with Aura of Dominion and provided with one colorless mana, create an infinite combo to exile as many creatures as you choose, essentially wiping your opponents' side of the battlefield.

Oona's Gatewarden , Ludevic's Test Subject  , and Tidehollow Strix provide some early defense. Dimir Cutpurse can get things moving until you have enough mana to bring in King Macar, the Gold-Cursed. Then, you're free to grind your opponent down with the weaker creatures or to beef Ludevic's Test Subject   to crush them instead.

I built this deck with a budget in mind so I would like to point your attention to the price tag on the sidebar. How do you like them apples?
