This is a deck inspired by the classic Death and Taxes.

Jubilant Skybonder and Empyrean Eagle are the stars early game and are almost necessary in the opening hand.

Warden of Evos Isle has put in work in the test games so far but would probably be a first cut.

Narset, Parter of Veils can slow down the jeskai cycle deck and make them lose value if they choose to cycle with her on the board.

Archon of Absolution and Dovin, Hand of Control help protect permanent, or at least tax the opponent for attacking in the case of the archon.

Kasmina, Enigmatic Mentor is another permanent that Taxes your opponent if they wish yo target your creatures or walkers. The wizard she created can be a nice chump blocker and the looting ability helps filter your hand if drawing dead.

Havent tackled the sideboard yet. That will be the next update.

This is still very much a work in progress but I am convinced there is a viable Taxes deck in standard. Hope you like the idea and as always feel free to comment, DFTBA.
