This is a budget modern combo based on Arcanum Wings + Colossification combo.

The combo works as follows: 1. You cast Slippery Bogle or any other creature. 2. You enchant your creature with Arcanum Wings 3. You attack with your enchanted creature, which has flying now. 4. After your opponent declares no blockers, you activate aura swap, putting Colossification on the battlefield. 5. You hit your opponent for 21 damage

how to side?

• if your opponent runs a lot of flyers, side Invisible Stalker in and Gladecover Scout out (3 copies each)
• if you face red aggro (RDW or burn), consider putting 4 Dragon's Claw in and siding out Ceremonious Rejection as well as Mana Leak
• don't forget to change your counterspells, so you don't run into a dead draw (e.g. side out Ceremonious Rejection against burn or Spell Snare against Amulet Titan)
• side in Withstand Death against decks, that can kill your creatures (e.g. uncounterable board wipe)
• side in Weather the Storm against explosive decks aggro/combo decks (it counters storm very hard)

Decktech:

• lands: 16 basic lands, 8 duals
• combo: 4 Arcanum Wings , 4 Colossification
• creatures: 8 hexproof 1/1 creatures for 1 mana
• card selection:
  • 4 Commune with the Gods - this is our best selection card since it can find us everything we need.
  • 4 Contingency Plan - second best selection card in our deck.
  • 3 Serum Visions - nice 1 drop if we don't have creature in our opening hand
• defenses: 7 counterspells, 3 Weather the Storm

Matchups:

• Izzet Blitz - since it uses quite a lot of flying creatures, we generally lose to it.
• Heliod Company - we counter this deck hard, provided we get enough counterspells.
• Eldrazi Tron - should end up quite even, given they have some ways to deal with our threads, but it's not hard to counter them, leaving him wide open.
• Esper Control - if they run just a few targeted discards, it will end up as a counter-magic duel. If we can counter their counter, we win. If we can't they win.
• Burn - without side board, we're dead lost. With it, we might stand a chance.

Overall, I believe this deck can stand its own in the current meta, even though it costs about 30$ (without a sideboard).
