This is the first commander deck I ever built, and it shows. There are several kind of random cards in here, and the whole deck was kind of hastily made. It does fairly well in casual play, although it falls flat on it's face against a build with lots of control. The thing about builds like this is that it often only takes one card to stop the entire build-up, such as a Meddling Mage + removal or a boardwipe. A Propaganda can slow this deck down significantly as well.

Nevertheless, if your opponent doesn't do something about The First Sliver quickly, it can get out of hand very easily. With Kindred Summons, you can field over 20 slivers at once, and Shifting Sliver + Virulent Sliver is practicly game over.
