This is an equipment based deck mainly based on Fervent Champion, Stoneforge Mystic, Ranger-Captain of Eos.

Stoneforge Mystic needs no introduction as it has been a staple in modern for years. It can grab any equipment in the psuedo toolbox of swords or a card that can win the game on its own like Kaldra Compleat. If Stoneforge dies then its not all bad either because Seasoned Pyromancer can discard or Fervent Champion can use the equipment.

Fervent Champion is particularly good in the deck because haste makes the effects of the swords much more threatening and it also makes the equipment significantly more playable without Stoneforge Mystic. It also makes Batterskull look really good in particular because if the germ token dies then equipping it to Fervent Champion becomes a new viable option that most decks don't have.

Finally, Ranger-Captain of Eos is great because there are many different good cards you can grab with it, for example, Giver of Runes. If you already have some equipment at your disposal, then grabbing Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer and using something like Maul of the Skyclaves can be great. Mainly you'll tutor Fervent Champion, though. The card is so good. But if you sided in Giant Killer or Burrenton Forge-Tender then you might want those instead.
