This commander deck is designed to use Feather's new ability to reuse instant and sorceries practically indefinitely. It's the first time we've seen a decent Boros commander that offers card advantage, so let's see what we can do with it! I also decided to go sort of angel tribal to keep the power level down for the sake of play-ability in my play group.
