Blink and miracles are two obvious ways to utilize Aminatou, but I decided I wanted to do something different with her. In one of my initial builds when I just so happened to draw a bunch of the "Oath" cards plus Kaya, Ghost Assassin, I settled on superfriends as a really fun build. Aminatou's ability to flicker a 'walker to get extra activations out of it really opens up some value options.

The grossest thing I've been able to set up is all four Oaths, plus Kaya, Aminatou, and Brago, so my turn went something like this:

1. Drain twice with Kaya (able to do with with Oath of Teferi).
2. Flicker Kaya with Aminatou, repeat step 1.
3. Repeat step 2.
4. Attack with Brago, flicker all the Oaths for maximum value + my two 'walkers.
5. Repeat steps 1-3 during second main.
6. ???
7. Profit! (seriously, just bursted 24 life loss in Esper and buffered myself 24)
