Intro

A 5 color deck that tried to blend mild Mass Land Destruction (MLD) with group ramp. The idea was to soften the MLD with group ramp... so people could still play the game.

Synergies

The First Sliver was used mostly for the cascade, although the 7/7 was nice. Hibernation Sliver was an all star and made it possible to run more of the 0 CMC spells. When both slivers were combined with Dream Halls you can pay 2 life and discard a card for a cascade.

Conclusion

The deck did alright but was rather slow. For the most part the mild-MLD crippled a player or two and the game would come down to the durdlely MLD deck or the other deck. Several times I over LD-ed and ruined a game so the MLD cards were some of the first to come out.

The deck was unable to decide what it wanted to do, be a MLD deck or be a group ramp deck. It had a hard time getting the expensive parity breaking pieces in play.
