This is a Mono-white Budget(ish) Cat Tempo Artifact Deck. It aims to cast early cheap equipments and attach them to Kemba, generating multiple cat tokens each turn. Then it can do cat army attacks and use various utilities and disruption pieces until you've got an all in attack or a big 1~2 hit kill Kemba.

It isn't the most powerful ever, but it can certainly win some games and it's pretty fun to play with.
