Please read before suggesting cards:

This deck is intended for Tribal Wars; a casual MTGO format in which at least a third of your deck must be creatures that share a single creature type. There are no sideboards.

I'm also on a very tight budget so the cheaper the better; anything above 1 MTGO ticket per card is too much unless it would have a big impact as a singleton in the deck and/or it would be useful in several of my decks.

Scout tribal, built around the combo of Safehold Elite + Metallic Mimic/Melira, Sylvok Outcast + Altar of Dementia/Blasting Station. Chord of Calling and Diabolic Intent provide the necessary extra consistency to make a 3-card combo viable and the rest of the Scouts all pretty much just serve as mana sources, allowing the deck to cut pretty low on the number of lands and make good use of Tireless Tracker and Nissa, Vastwood Seer  .

The deck is intentionally 62 as, due to rounding, it allows for a marginally higher ratio of non-tribe cards.

Maybeboard

Renegade Rallier/Saffi Eriksdotter - Another combo that allows infinite sacrifices with the artifacts. It used to also be in the deck but was removed to make room for more tutors and while Saffi and the Rallier are more individually useful than Safehold Elite and Melira, Sylvok Outcast, the overall lower mana cost and less colours made me choose the latter.

Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle/Search for Tomorrow/Golos, Tireless Pilgrim - With all the land-searching going on already, it shouldn't be too difficult to add a Valakut package as a back-up win condition.
