Basically the crux of this deck is that Herald of Dromoka is legal in Pauper and the creatures with exert printed in the Amonkhet block are mostly Warriors. By giving these Warriors vigilance, it bypasses the detrimental effects of exertion and allows all your creatures to exert each turn.
