So, like most of my decks, this one starts out with a story. A friend of mine created a group hug deck with Phelddagrif as it's general, with the goal of coming in 2nd place in commander pods, and splittingthe prize with first for helping (first being whoever went immediatly after him). the deck was full of everbody draws effects, everbody gets lands effects, and eureka effects to pump it all out into play, then let whoever goes next win. the deck was called "Oprah", as in "you get a land! and you get a land! and you get a land!"

Then the next years commaner decks included This Guy, and I knew, just knew, that I had my "evil oprah" deck concept.

Now, alot of people have made Nekusar decks, and most of them run all the wheels. I was looking for a different angle - I wanted ramp, and pressure. Some wheels are nice, but I wanted stuff cheap enough that I could recast and keep my hand limited without relying on Library of Leng or it's ilk. and finally, I knew that the best removal is not to exile, but to tempt them to waste more time with the same spell - Boomerang is better here than any Murder simply because it gathers less spite or ire. After all, it's not like it's gone forever, right? You just have to wait next turn. And all the while, the white elephant munches away at their life.

Primary defensive stuctures are Smoke, Crawlspace, Meekstone, and the like. Sideboard is vs. Single player as opposed to multiple opponents
