My goal when creating this deck was to build a slow motion stax like drain deck that wouldn't shut the entire game down all at once but eventually would near the end of the game. The idea is to abuse Liesa's commander tax evasion to keep in her in play and keep her slow drain effect going while I run an otherwise normal Orzhov life drain life gain deck.

The deck's strategy is to come in low to ground with cards like Sacred Cat, Tithe Drinker and Vault Skirge and get my life total increasing and after playing Liesa playing fewer and higher CMC spells to keep my self drain under control and stay on curve.
