A Simic commander deck featuring Eutropia the Twice-Favored!

Eutropia's main feature is her constellation trigger, which provides both a +1/+1 counter and flying until the end of the turn to a creature of your choice. Because of this trigger, I plan to use this ability as a win-con with both tough creatures and Simic Ascendancy.

This was mainly a budget deck since I owned the more expensive cards, but I am open to more card suggestions for when I can upgrade.
