The plan is to smack your opponents in the face with the evasive Cloudfin Raptor and Elusive Krasis ; after you've pumped them up with counters.

First, play creatures that will generate +1/+1 counters when other creatures come into play. Then, play permanents that can accelerate the rate counters are generated. Plaxcaster Frogling has graft, so it can be played either before or after creatures with evolve come into play. Corpsejack Menace is the real star player replacing Gilder Bairn as the Doubling Season with legs. After you have a few creatures with at least one +1/+1 counters on them, evolve Renegade Krasis and refill your hand with Tezzeret's Gambit .

It's important to have available by turn 3 for Renegade Krasis , a single by turn 4 for Corpsejack Menace , and then after those bases are covered it's nice to have extra to be able to tutor a few Simic creatures with Momir Vig, Simic Visionary . Sunken Hollow encourages fetching for basics to minimize unnecessary damage taken from shocklands. The mana-curve is ideal if you recognize Tezzeret's Gambit as a 3 drop.

As it stands, this could absolutely become a budget build if you can substitute the lands for something cheaper and replace Aether Vial . Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
