The goal of the deck is to stall the board with little 'walkers early game until I can draw into a wincon like Liliana, Dreadhorde General or Command the Dreadhorde . I'm trying to keep the cost below $80 so I only have one Teferi, Time Raveler and no copies of the very expensive Dominaria Teferi. This deck needs some help to really come together though, so any help would be MUCH appreciated.
